Baseline & 19th Pad - Phoenix, AZ

Baseline & 19th is a Planned Area Development (PAD) that sits on approximately 99 acres of land in Southern Phoenix. Approximately 42 acres of this land were zoned for residential and commercial development, and the remaining 57 acres were allotted for recreational development.  The Galloway Group provided architectural design services for both the residential and commercial portions of the site.
