Master developer Del Webb Communities was considering its first apartment project within its Anthem planned Community in Phoenix and decided to hold a design competition. The Galloway Group's entry was the Falling Water Apartments, proposing two story tuck-under apartment buildings around a central pedestrian core. A natural Borrego, which bisected the property, became the backdrop for a contemporary clubhouse design reflective of local icon architect Frank Lloyd Wright.
