Great Park Specific Plan - Ontario, CA

The Galloway Group prepared the Land Use Plan and Specific Plan proposing 1,326 residential units for the property and designed the master site plan, created overall design guidelines, and drafted specific development standards for multiple residential product types. The site consisted of 320+ acres and included a 146 gross acre regionally oriented City park which provided the project name and an unmatched onsite amenity for the proposed Community which also included a future high school campus and an elementary school.
