Gresham Park - Las Vegas, NV
Pulte Homes of Nevada called to inquire about a planning concept called the “two-pack” that The Galloway Group had introduced to its division in Phoenix. The client was considering this idea for its new site in the master planned community of Summerlin. The Galloway Group prepared four floor plan designs with alternative front elevation characters reflective of historical architecture of the Southwestern United States including: Spanish, Cottage, Craftsman and Summerlin Desert (a derivative of Prairie style). Gresham Park was the fastest selling detached home community in a very competitive Las Vegas market.
