The final parcel in a small mixed use Planned Area Development, which also included 28 single family homes and a neighborhood recreation facility, Los Cielos was envisioned as a local landmark - the first three-story, class A, office building in the developing City of Casa Grande, Arizona. The Galloway Group created a terraced building with glass and stone accenting stucco walls in desert tones. The building proposed 25,600 square feet of leasable space with convenient parking configured to provide a land use buffer to the adjacent residential homes. Computer modeling in 3-D helped to present this prominent building to City officials.
