Mapleton Town Center - Murrieta, CA

Like many town centers, this project required a mixed-use plan combining a hotel site, regional shopping center, and a multi-family residential community along the Interstate 15 corridor. The plan utilizes the freeway frontage and provides a logical land use transition to proposed single family land uses to the east. The shopping center is oriented around three anchor tenants and provides an outdoor pedestrian mall environment for future retailers. The multi-family design proposed garden apartments at 20 units per acre to assist the City in achieving its state mandated affordable housing requirements.
