A vacant lot within the surf spray of the Pacific Ocean needed special planning attention. Issues such as access, wetland preservation, off-site roadway improvement requirements and other neighborhood and environmental concerns combined with high land prices created a difficult path for development. The Galloway Group designed a site plan with mixed residential uses that provided the neighborhood with a local park, provided sustainable wetland protection and allowed for the development of 235 units in a combination of row townhomes, attached triplex condominiums and single family homes.
