The Galloway Group proposed a mixed use site plan combining two attached residential neighborhoods and a local commercial convenience store/pharmacy for a parcel on Long Island, NY. The plan addressed the impact of an adjacent busy street, while providing a compatible transition to nearby single family homes. The building plans were designed to disguise the residential intensity of the development through a creative architectural design that disguised attached units to appear to be larger single family homes.
