This renowned mountain resort offers an array of amenities including: a 27 hole championship golf course consisting of three distinctive nines, a 30,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, tennis facilities and fishing and nature hiking trails on over 900 acres surrounded by pristine mountains. The Galloway Group provided conceptual site planning services for two residential enclaves within the master planned community including the Deck Homes at the Pointe and the Cottages at the Clubhouse. The Pointe concept considered optimizing mountain views while simultaneously buffering the site from adjacent highway noise. The site plan for the Cottages created several small clusters of homes oriented around a central greenbelt. The cottage neighborhood was planned to utilize the nearby clubhouse amenities.
