Great Western Homes realized that it had a gap in the floor plan segmentation at its luxury move up neighborhood of Stonegate in Mesa, Arizona. The plan selection also needed an additional design with a master bedroom on the first level. The Galloway Group created an open floor plan with an optional basement and three artful elevation expressions reflective of Western European architecture. The floor plan targeted the sweet spot at approximately 3,200 sq. ft. of living area and an oversized three car garage.
