Strada is private neighborhood with 75 townhome units oriented onto a tree-lined residential street and intimate pedestrian paseos. The neighborhood concept maximizes the site's potential by minimizing interior streets. An entry promenade provides access to local alley loops serving the neighborhood and terminates on the major recreation facility and open space corridor. The architectural design theme consists of contemporary expressions of Italian and Tuscany styles with three distinct floor plans ranging from 1,295 sq. ft. to 1,550 sq. ft. The plan for the 6.4 gross acre site reached an overall density of 11.7 du/ac.
