The Galloway Group worked with Tim Rhoads of TRA/Angle Design to provide the site planning, product design, conceptual architecture and landscape vision for this “age in place” mixed use seniors community.  The development plan, which was the basis for a Specific Plan in the City of La Quinta, proposed commercial, residential townhomes, a central club and park and an independent care/assisted living complex.
