This unique master planned retreat in the majestic White Mountains of northern Arizona featured: a private 27 hole golf course and family center clubhouse, equestrian facilities, and a fishing pond. The Galloway Group prepared architectural designs for a neighborhood called Torreon Meadow consisting of small one and two story cottage style homes intended to provide a complementary lifestyle alternative to custom home site sales, cluster home sites, and attached golf villas. Floor plans ranged from 1,960 to 2,450 sq. ft. with detached garages. The unique mountain architectural elevations were intended to blend into the surrounding landscape and be compatible with the character of the individual custom homes that comprised the majority of the Torreon Community.
