This urban infill opportunity for a new residential community provides a land use transition between adjacent commercial and concert uses and nearby established residential subdivisions. It was developed as a mixed residential master plan of over 670 attached and detached homes oriented in a traditional neighborhood design around several open space parks and village greens.
